The "Cross-Cultural Management" Intensive Programme is an initiative of the EuroMed Research Business Institute designed to promote the idea of Cross-Cultural Management training between students and academics, of different cultural backgrounds, throughout Europe. Funded by the Hellenic State Scholarships Institution under the ERASMUS LLP of the European Commission, the programme is coordinated by and will be hosted in the facilities of the Dept. of Finance and Insurance and the Dept. of Business Planning and Information Systems of the TEI of Crete in Agios Nikolaos.

Students will be accepted on a competitive basis. Partner institutions will prepare short-lists, in accordance to the eligibility criteria that will be transferred for final approval to the programme’s Scientific Committee.

The final ranking list of 60 students accepted to the course will be decided and announced by the Scientific Committee. The list will contain:

  • The 8 overall best, with regard to the eligibility criteria, students irrespective of HEI

  • The four best students from each partner HEI on the basis of the same criteria. In case of fewer applications vacant positions will be filled by students of other partner HEIs

  • Accepted students who decide to not attend the course will be replaced by students of the same HEI if available or else from students of other partner HEIs.

  • Acceptance will be final upon receiving a properly filled and signed Students' Learning Contract
